LANGUAGE AND IDENTITY
Veranstaltung im Rahmen des B.A.-Moduls "Applied Studies"
18th July 2026, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Student Conference titled “Me, Myself & I” will take place on the 18th of July 2026 from 11 AM till 4 PM in the ELP 6, HS 1.
During the event, students will present their results from the seminar “Language and Identity” led by Dr. Milica Rodić. Topics include youth language, multilingualism music, communication, OCD and more.
Overall, main topics of the Seminar, Language and Identity, encapsulates how language can construe and help in the shaping of individuals and their identity. This includes aspects such as the personal identity, the social Identity, ethnicity and heritage amongst others. All Ages and Genders are welcome and the presenters look forward to eager listeners and—hopefully—inspired discussions.
